As BWW reported earlier this week, Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson has come under fire following anti-gay comments he made in a recent interview for GQ's January issue. Said Robertson: "Everything is blurred on what's right and what's wrong... Sin becomes fine. Start with homosexual behavior and just morph out from there. Bestiality, sleeping around with this woman and that woman and that woman and those men."

On Wednesday, A&E Network, which airs the reality series, announced that they have suspendEd Robertson indefinitely from the show.

Last night, Jon Stewart weighed in with his thoughts of the growing controversy. "I don't actually watch Duck Dynasty," Stewart joked on The Daily Show on Comedy Central, "and I had assumed it was a show where ducks reenact the show Dynasty - which, by the way, would have a huge gay audience."

The host went on to say that he did not approve of Robertson's remarks commenting, "But I also have an inclination to support a world where saying ignorant s on television doesn't get you kicked off that medium," he said.
