Building on the revolutionary changes that made World Poker Tour's Season X the most watched year of poker programming on FSN, World Poker Tour will begin airing its new 11th season on FOX Sports Networks starting Sunday, February 24.

As the top-rated national show on FSN for the past two seasons, World Poker Tour has developed a reputation for providing viewers with thrilling poker action, insightful commentary, and behind-the-scenes access to some of the game's greatest players and most prestigious resorts. Season XI, which is once again sponsored by ClubWPT.com, will continue this tradition by providing viewers with 33 original, hour-long episodes from events such as the WPT Legends of Poker, the WPT Borgata Poker Open, the WPT Grand Prix de Paris, the WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown, and the WPT World Championship at Bellagio.

"Viewers have responded very positively to the changes we've made in the show over the past two seasons, rewarding us with historic viewership numbers and ratings," said WPT President, Adam Pliska. "This year, we're continuing to push the envelope with even more compelling improvements that complement what is turning out to be a record-breaking season with some of the greatest poker moments we've seen in the WPT's television history."

Poker's dynamic duo of Mike Sexton and Vince Van Patten will be calling all the action for the 11th consecutive year on tour while Kimberly Lansing returns as the show's anchor. Raw Deal analyst Tony Dunst and the WPT Royal Flush Girls round out the cast, along with sideline reporter Matt Savage.

In addition to the popular Raw Deal segment, this season's programming will feature a new crop of the World Poker Tour's Ones to Watch, focusing on the lives of some of the game's hottest young stars and rising prospects.

"We're not content to rest on past accomplishments," said WPT CEO Steve Heller. "We are continually refining the World Poker Tour program and developing new ways to provide our viewers with the most compelling and entertaining poker show possible."

"World Poker Tour isn't just compelling poker programming," said FOX Sports Networks VP of Programming, David Sussin. "It's great sports television and we're thrilled to see WPT improve and evolve in order to provide viewers with world-class entertainment they've come to expect from both FOX Sports Networks and the World Poker Tour."

New episodes of the World Poker Tour are sponsored by ClubWPT.com and will air Sundays at 8pm and 11pm local time on FOX Sports Networks and its affiliated networks in certain markets*. WPT Season 11 re-airs every Wednesday at 11pm. Check local listings for details.

*Pending live event pre-emption. FOX Sports Networks affiliates include MSG New York, Comcast Sports Network, and Root Sports.
