Neil Patrick Harris stopped by CBS's THE TALK to discuss his recent wedding in Italy to partner, David Burtka and having Elton John perform at the event. He also spoke about his Tony Award-winning role as "Hedwig" on Broadway and his grueling transformation for the part. "I was exhausted from it...It's grueling. I lost 21 pounds...your body becomes, in Broadway...more like an athlete."

Later, the actor talked about getting the call to host the 2015 Academy Awards. Patrick Harris says, "It's crazy...you never know if you're on a list that is that list...it's not like you know. So, all of a sudden, I was preparing this book tour...then, I got a call...it was very exciting."
