SO B IT Available on Digital HD, On Demand, and Blu-ray and DVD, 1/9

The beloved New York Times best-selling novel turned star-studded family film, SO B IT will release on DVD, Blu-ray, Digital and On Demand platforms beginning January 9, 2018 from Good Deed Entertainment and Cinedigm (NASDAQ: CIDM). The feature film is directed by the award-winning Stephen Gyllenhaal ("Losing Isaiah," "Waterland") and adapted from the novel by Sarah Weeks. "So B. It" is a heartwarming tale of a young daughter's (Heidi) solo cross-country journey of self-discovery, truth and identity. The family's story comes to a new light when she learns so much about herself and her child-like Mama who demonstrates her love with a limited vocabulary.

"So B. It" stars rising young actor Talitha Bateman ("Annabelle: Creation") Academy Award Nominee Alfre Woodard, the late Emmy Award Nominee John Heard, Jessica Collins ("Zero Dark Thirty") Jacinda Barrett ("The Namesake) as well as Dash Mihok ("Silver Linings Playbook"), Academy Award Winner Cloris Leachman, and Michael Arden ("Bride Wars"). The film was awarded the Dove Foundation seal of approval and was hailed by the New York Times as a "Performance - Driven Adventure" and by the Los Angeles Times as a film with "Genuine Heart and Soul."

The film was produced by J. Todd Harris ("Bottle Shock") and Orien Richman, with Adam Tenenbaum of Outside the Box Film Partners, Michael Nelson ("Hot Tub Time Machine") and Scott Donley of GDE ("Tomorrow You're Gone") executive producing. The film first released theatrically on October 6th by Good Deed Entertainment, the distributors of "Loving Vincent" and the upcoming "Permission," "Journey's End" and "Always at the Carlyle."

"So B. It" will be available to own on DVD for $14.93 SRP and on Blu-ray for $24.99 SPR. The disc will also include behind-the-scenes and interview footage from the cast and filmmakers.

Fans can also rent or purchase "So B. It" from major digital retailers and On Demand platforms.
