Next JAMES BOND Film Targeted for 2014 Release

The Daily Mail reports that the currently untitled next James Bond movie is set to start shooting next fall at Pinewood Studios with a target release date of fall 2014. Writer John Logan has been hired to write the 24th film in the series. Logan was brought on to Skyfall to rework the script written by Neal Purvis and Robert WadeDaniel Craig will reprise his role as Agent 007 in the film, making it his fourth feature appearance as the character.

In SKYFALL, Bond’s loyalty to M is tested as her past comes back to haunt her. As MI6 comes under attack, 007 must track down and destroy the threat, no matter how personal the cost.

Daniel Craig, Javier Bardem, Dame Judi Dench, Naomie Harris, Berenice Marlohe, Ralph Fiennes, Albert Finney, Ben Whishaw, Helen McCrory, Ola Rapace and Tonia Sotiropoulou star in the film, which hits international theaters on October 26, domestic IMAX theaters on November 8, and conventional theaters on November 9.
