NBC's UNDATEABLE Grows Week-to-Week in Total Viewers

Despite facing this week's premiere of CBS's "Big Brother," "Undateable" (0.8/3 in 18-49, 2.8 million viewers overall from 9:01-9:30 p.m. ET; 0.8/3 in 18-49, 2.6 million viewers overall from 9:30-10 p.m.) grew week to week in total viewers (+12% at 9:01, 2.844 million vs. 2.540 million; and +5% at 9:30, 2.636 million vs. 2.518 million). For the full 9-10 p.m. hour, "Undateable" tied for #2 in adults 18-49 among the Big 4 networks versus all-original competition and was #2 outright among those nets behind only the "Big Brother" premiere in adults 18-34 and men 18-34. "Undateable" retained 100% of its adult 18-49 lead-in

"Undateable" retained 100% of its rating from half-hour to half-hour, making this the fifth time in its five weeks on the schedule that "Undateable" has maintained its full 18-49 rating from its first half-hour to its second.

All 10 episodes of "Undateable" to date have out-rated every episode of all three of last summer's original comedies on the Big 4 networks (NBC's "Save Me" and Fox's "Anger Management" and "The Goodwin Games") in adults 18-49.

"Last Comic Standing" (1.0/3 in 18-49, 3.2 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET) won The Hour among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49, adults 18-34 and all key adult-male demos.

Despite the 10 p.m. hour, "Last Comic" grew +10% in adults 18-49 (to a 1.1 from a 1.0) from its first half-hour to its second, and was up +8% in adults 25-54 (1.3 vs. 1.2) and up +20% in men 25-54 (1.2 vs. 1.0).

An encore telecast of "Hollywood Game Night" (0.8/3 in 18-49, 3.3 million viewers overall from 8-9:01 p.m. ET) held steady or grew from half-hour to half-hour in every key measure, including gains of +10% in adults 25-54 (to a 1.1 from a 1.0) and +17% in women 25-54 (1.4 vs. 1.2).

In Late-Night Metered Markets Thursday Night:

In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.0/5 with an encore telecast; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 1.7/4; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.9/5.

In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.8/4 with an encore; "Late Show," 0.3/1; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.6/3.

From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.2/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.0/3 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's first-run "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (0.9/3). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.4/3 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/2).

At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.6/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
