NBC Picks Up Steven Pasquale-Led DO NOT HARM

According to published reports, NBC has picked up  medical drama, "Do Not Harm," which will star stage veterans Steven Pasquale and Michael EsperMichael Mayer directs the pilot episode, which is written by executive producer David Schulner. Peter Traugott and Rachel Kaplan also produce.

More recently known for his role as Sean Garrity on FX's "Rescue Me," Pasquale has has his own solo album, and he starred on Broadway in Neil LaBute's reasons to be pretty. A regular on the theater scene, Pasquale's credits include Archibald Craven in The Secret Garden(World AIDS Day Concert), Henrik in A Little Night Music (opposite Victor Garber, Natasha Richardson and Venessa Redgrave), Captain Taylor in A Soldier's Play (Second Stage, opposite Taye Diggs), Tom in the Neil LaBute off-Broadway hit,Fat Pig, Robbie in the Ahrens/Flahrety/McNally musical A Man of No Importance (Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle nominations), Beautiful Child,The Spitfire GrillSpinning Into Butter, Andrew Lippa's The Wild Party and he created the role of Fabrizio in Adam Guettel and Craig LucasThe Light in the Piazza.  

Michael Esper originated the role of 'Will' in the Broadway production of 'American Idiot'. He is currently appearing in Playwrights Horizons' 'Assistance' now in previews, and opening this Tuesday, February 28th for a limited run.
