Join one of public television's most popular series on an exciting new journey around the United States for more good times and great food!

WGBH and Fine Cooking magazine announced today filming has begun in multiple cities for a new fourth season of the award-winning MOVEABLE FEAST WITH FINE COOKING, hosted by top Australian celebrity chef, Pete Evans. The fast-paced culinary adventure program travels to unique food destinations across America to inspire home cooks everywhere in 13 all-new episodes premiering on public television beginning fall 2016.

Produced by WGBH and Fine Cooking magazine, each episode of the engaging, Emmy-nominated food and travel series MOVEABLE FEAST WITH FINE COOKING follows award-winning chef and host Pete Evans and an array of innovative guest chefs and food artisans as they source the finest ingredients for local pop-up dining events. They then join forces and work against the clock to prepare a spontaneous, delectable, multi-course menu, hosted in visually stunning and often surprising settings. Season four includes a western ranch, an aircraft carrier and an oyster farm among other locales. The new season also brings viewers memorable food experiences from both coasts--including Baltimore, MD, Charleston, SC, Durham, NC, Richmond, VA, and Washington, DC on the East Coast and San Diego, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, CA on the West Coast, on up through Montana in the Pacific Northwest.

Among the array of chefs joining Pete Evans in the new season are Sean Brock, Jennifer Carroll, Duff Goldman, Mike Isabella, Brian Malarkey, Curtis Stone, and Bryan Voltaggio. One emerging theme is the power of food to transform and reinvent. David Barzelay converted his formerly UNDERGROUND pop-up communal dining experience into a successful bricks and mortar restaurant. Joe and Katy Kindred moved from bustling San Francisco to realize their dreams in the quieter Davidson, North Carolina, and Eduardo Garcia|s near-death experience led him to a celebration of life through food.

Viewers have the opportunity to learn about each chef, their distinctive culinary styles, and gastronomic muses. Evans also explores the locally sourced food with intriguing artisan field trips, including shrimp boating in the Carolinas, harvesting oysters from the Chesapeake Bay, and foraging for morel mushrooms in Montana.

"The series takes a fresh approach that resonates strongly with viewers around the country," says Laurie Donnelly, Executive Producer. "The new season is full of spontaneity, creativity, passion, and reinvention, all of which take center stage with the fabulous food, memorable feasts and singular settings."

"MOVEABLE FEAST WITH FINE COOKING really connects with viewers because it's about sharing food and all of the cooking by these highly creative chefs is accessible," says Kathy Kingsley, Editorial Director of Fine Cooking. "Everything is designed to inspire cooks at home to use the tips, techniques and recipes demonstrated on the series."
