E! Entertainment will be the primary cable home to NBC's new series FASHION STAR airing weekly encore performances on Friday nights throughout the season. "Fashion Star's" special 90-minute premiere episode, which airs March 13 on NBC, will debut on E! on Friday, March 16 at 8:30pm ET/PT, leading into the network's hit weekly comedy series "Fashion Police" at 10:00pm ET/PT. The new series will air in its regular one-hour timeslot beginning Friday, March 23 at 9:00pm ET/PT on E!

Friday nights on E! are all about fashion with "Fashion Star's" celebrity mentors Jessica Simpson, Nicole Richie, John Varvatos and Host/Executive Producer Elle Macpherson giving 14 unknown designers the opportunity to win the multi-million dollar prize of launching their collections in three of America's largest retailers: Macy's, H&M and Saks Fifth Avenue. Viewers will then join comedic icon Joan Rivers as she presents her notorious critiques and witty analysis of celebrity fashion hits and misses alongside her outspoken panel, Kelly Osbourne, Giuliana Rancic and George Kotsiopolous, on E!'s "Fashion Police" every Friday at 10:00pm ET/PT.

The March 13 premiere of "Fashion Star" on NBC delivered a 1.6 rating, 4 share in adults 18-49 and 4.6 million viewers overall to rank #1 in its time period among among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in the key 18-49 demographic.
