ole, the world's fastest growing independent rights management company, has signed a deal with Canadian rock band Coney Hatch that gives ole co-publishing rights, co-ownership of masters, and exclusive digital video rights to the band's 2013 album, Coney Hatch Four, which was released more than three decades after their first recording. ole previously secured the masters, publishing, and digital A/V rights to the band's back catalog through acquisitions of the Anthem Entertainment Group and the Mark-Cain publishing catalog. This deal brings Coney Hatch's latest album under the ole umbrella, uniting the band's discography behind a single company and allowing for maximum promotional opportunities.

"Having lost some degree of hearing to Coney Hatch in earlier years, I'm a fan," said Robert Ott, Chairman and CEO of ole. "ole will work hard to ensure that we maximize the audience for their new and characteristically strong album."

"Nobody knows Canadian rock better than ole, and there's no company we'd rather have looking out for our catalog," said Carl Dixon of Coney Hatch. "We know that ole will do everything in their power to get our music out there so we can focus on writing the best songs we can for our fans."

Founded in 1980, Coney Hatch signed with Anthem Records and released their self-titled debut album in 1982. Two more full-length records and a greatest hits collection followed before the band went on hiatus in 1993. In 2010, they reunited for a show at the Phoenix Concert Theatre in their hometown of Toronto, leading to the release of Coney Hatch Four in 2013.
