Summer is on its way out, but the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center brings the celebrities in all year long! From hilarious comedians and storytellers to iconic musicians and singers, the WHBPAC's presents it 2013 Fall MainStage Season of Events.

Poetic rock'n'rollers, The Waterboys perform on Friday, September 27 at 8pm. From the wry to the romantic, the political to the mythological, this ever-changing folk-pop band's rich, violin-adorned works are always invigorated with energy and exuberance. Fronted by legendary Scottish songwriter, Mike Scott, the band will perform highlights from their new album, AN APPOINTMENT WITH MR. YEATS, plus songs from their extensive catalogue including classics THE WHOLE OF THE MOON and FISHERMAN'S BLUES. Tickets are $30 - $50.

Musical shape shifter Bruce Hornsby performs on Saturday, September 28 at 8pm. Here's your chance to get up-close and personal with one of the finest musicians around. A Grammy-winning singer/songwriter, he first topped the charts with THE WAY IT IS. Now, Hornsby showcases his unique improvisational style in classical, rock, pop, bluegrass and blues, with nothing but a piano and his voice. Still blissfully making joyful noise, he'll forge a deeper relationship with both his piano playing and his loyal fans in this intimate solo performance. Tickets are $75 - $95.

Writer, producer, talk show host, author and comedian Wanda Sykes returns to the WHBPAC on Saturday, October 5 at 8pm. Her smart-witted outlook on life turns common sense into outrageously funny, thought-provoking humor. She's considered "one of the funniest stand-up comics" by her peers and ranks among ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY's 25 Funniest People in America. Be prepared to laugh until your sides hurt with this edgy, energetic performance. Tickets are $125 - $175. ADULT CONTENT - MATURE AUDIENCES ONLY.

Country music hitmaker Phil Vassar performs on Sunday, October 6 at 8pm. With irresistible hooks and equally good looks, his piano-based brand of country music is infused with a feel-good, R&B groove. A singer, songwriter, and pianist, he's composed numerous hits for artists including Alan Jackson and Tim McGRaw and has taken top honors from the Academy of Country Music, Billboard, MusicRow, the CMA's, and ASCAP as Songwriter of the Year twice! With catchy hits like JUST ANOTHER DAY IN PARADISE and IN A REAL LOVE, Vassar will have you singing along in no time! Tickets are $55 - $75.

America's favorite storyteller Garrison Keillor returns to the PAC on Sunday, October 13 at 8pm. His happy narratives about growing up in the Midwest, the people of Lake Wobegon, and late-life fatherhood, are all delivered with his signature class, charisma and wisdom. Known for his critically acclaimed radio show A PRAIRIE HOME COMPANION and as a best-selling author, this Grammy-winning humorist is a true American treasure. Tickets are $100 - $150.

Guitar genius Leo Kottke performs on Saturday, October 26 at 8pm. One of the most innovative acoustic guitar virtuosos of all time, this Grammy-winner creates music drawing on pop, blues, jazz, and folk influences. With classical precision, popular appeal, and 20th-century harmony, his music challenges all preconceived notions of how acoustic guitar music should sound. Dazzling audiences with his unique fingerpicking style, his guitar dexterity will amaze all ages! Tickets are $30 - $40.

Amos Lee brings his Mountains of Sorrow, Rivers of Song Tour to the WHBPAC on Sunday, November 24 at 8pm. This Grammy-winning troubadour's nimble acoustic guitar playing, honeyed singing voice, and poetic lyrics will touch your soul. His unique brand of American roots music encompasses everything from R&B to pop to gospel to country to folk to soul. His intimate live performances create a reflective and joyous mood that will unite, uplift, and inspire audiences of all ages. Tickets are $76 - $116.

Godfather on the New Jersey sound Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes perform on Saturday, November 30 at 8pm. We're HAVIN' A PARTY and I DON'T WANT TO GO HOME...there's nothing quite like hearing Southside Johnny sing these songs, live! Longtime front-man for the Asbury Jukes, he has helped hone what is known as the Jersey Shore Sound. With horn-driven arrangements rooted in R&B, soul, funk, jazz and blues, the band has never sounded better. Enjoy great music and good times as you sing along with Southside! Tickets are $45 - $65.

The festive orchestra of voices, Chanticleer, performs on Saturday, December 7 at 8pm. Our favorite a cappella choral group is back performing their beloved holiday program amid the rich acoustics and plush interior of the WHBPAC. Hailed as "the world's reigning male chorus" (NEW YORKER), these twelve lush voices bring trademark precision and inspiration to centuries of holiday repertoire, including rarities of Gregorian chant, American gospel classics, and plenty of awe-inspiring new music. Tickets are $60 - $100.

Then, take a magical journey to the land of sweets as the PAC presents its annual Nutcracker Sweet Ballet Performance on Saturday, December 14 at 7pm and on Sunday, December 15 at 3pm. With expanded scenes and dazzling new costumes, join us as we present the charming adaptation of Clara and her Nutcracker Prince. All tickets are $15.
