Serenade the one you love during a night out at Spring Doo Wop & Love Songs on Saturday, April 6th at Tarrytown Music Hall featuring The Duprees, The Legendary Teenagers and more.

The Duprees won the world over with their romantic interpretations of some of the most beautiful love songs ever written. Their New Jersey street-corner roots are still audible in the doo wop harmonies as they mix doo-wop vocals and big band arrangements in songs like their top ten hit, "You Belong to Me". The Duprees followed this success with several Top 40 hits, such as "My Own True Love", "Have You Heard" and "Why Don't You Believe Me".

The Legendary Teenagers were launched into instant stardom with the success of "Why Do Fools Fall in Love?", now regarded as one of the key records by which the doo-wop style is defined and remembered. With this success, The Legendary Teenagers suddenly found themselves in movies and on tours at home and abroad. In the late 1950s, five more of their singles made the R&B Top Ten - including "The ABC's of Love".

Also appearing on the bill are The Coasters ("Searchin"), The Belmonts ("Tell Me Why") and Emil Stucchio & The Classics ("Till Then").

Spring Doo Wop and Love Songs, presented by Rrazz Entertainment. Coming to Tarrytown Music Hall on Saturday, April 6th. Showtime is 8 pm. Tarrytown Music Hall is located at 13 Main Street in Tarrytown, New York. This show will be hosted by Johnny Z of WFAS.
