Symphony Space is located at 2537 Broadway (at 95th Street) on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, NYC, across from the 96th Street subway station (1,2,3).

NYC based band leader Sandra Velasquez (of Pistolera fame) brings her full band playing accordion, guitar, percussion and bass for this family concert. Moona Luna delivers rock and pop infused tunes based in tradition, engaging listeners in English y español. Sandra's Moona Luna band includes Maria Elena on accordion, Inca B. Satz on bass and Sebastian Guerrero on drums. The New York Daily News says this band provides" the missing soundtrack for bilingual/bicultural families." The nationally touring bilingual kindie rock star recently teamed up with GRAMMY nominee Secret Agent 23 Skidoo to release a new single called "Together;" stream it HERE.

Just Kidding at Symphony Space offers a wealth of performing arts options every weekend of the month. These shows will warm even the coldest days of the year: top touring artists offer puppetry and percussive dance, magic and rousing music that will encourage random moving and grooving from the audience. Special ticket deals are available to Just Kidding subscribers, groups and birthday party hosts. These performances run about one hour and are appropriate for ages 3 and up.
