GRAMMY Foundation Announces 'Rock Your School Song' Contest Winners

Jostens, the leading provider of publications, jewelry and consumer goods serving the K-12 and college market, together with the GRAMMY Foundation announced the winners of its school song contest to support music education in schools. The Rock Your School Song Contest invited high schools to show off their musical talents and school spirit by creating a video performing their school song.

The three winning high schools will receive a $2,500 GRAMMY Signature Schools Community Award for their school's music department:
Benilde-St. Margaret's School in St. Louis Park, MN
Hood River High School in Hood River, OR
Island Pacific Academy in Kapolei, HI

"The judges at the GRAMMY Foundation selected the winners based on the inventiveness, performance and presentation of their school song, and the work they did was remarkable. These students are bringing national attention to the value and impact of music education in schools."
