Academy Award-winning actress Helen Hunt said her compelling life as a mother combined with her off-screen work has kept her away from movies and television for a while, but she's looking to get back into it, in an interview that was broadcast live today, Feb. 14, 2013, on CBS THIS MORNING on the CBS Television Network (7:00 AM - 9:00 AM). Check out the appearance below!

"And so I'm dying to act, but I'm not dying to act in just anything," she told Norah O'Donnell, Gayle King and JAmes Brown.

Excerpts from the interview are below.

KING: The New York Times called your movie a pleasant shock. And I think that is a really great description. Because your first sexual experience is awkward, can be awkward under the best circumstances. So here you are, full nudity with someone who's physically challenged-were you nervous about this part?

HUNT: Stupidly, I was not. I mean, I read it and thought it was just so beautiful, and that's so rare that I said yes before I had a chance to really think about the implications. And then by the time it was time to shoot, I was so deeply in love with the spirit of the movie and the intentions of both of those people that I kind of skipped the part where I went "eek."
