Route 30 Three! completes native Pennsylvania filmmaker John Putch's three picture trilogy set along US 30 in South Central PA. Just as before, Putch and his cast and crew will attend the event and hold a Q&A after the screenings with the audience. All 3 films (including the new one) will be available at the venue for purchase and autographing by the cast. The date is also the official DVD and Blu Ray launch.

The final chapter of the trilogy focuses on the mysterious disappearance of local curmudgeon Rotten Egg (Lee Wilkof), a camera that reveals the truth in every photo, and a man's quest to become 'less' boring. As the town of Fayetteville struggles to learn the facts, Tork (David Cowgill) is visited by the CIA. A hidden past is revealed that changes the course of his life forever. This stand alone comedy delivers a romantic and upbeat message about relationships and the truth behind every story.

"James Bond meets Blazing Saddles" is how I'd describe it", said John Putch from the set of 'Cougar Town' which he directs during the TV season. "A lot of questions will be answered in the final film. The production values are top notch and it is sure to please the trilogy fans young and old! There's romance, comedy and plenty of intrigue."

One of the hallmarks of Putch's films is the use of local talent from the region alongside the Los Angeles and New York based actors. Local favorite Mister Ed, Chambersburg's own Molly Lahr and St. Thomas native Alicia Fusting will return for the third outing. Totem Pole titans Wil Love, Carl Schurr and Ray Ficca will also appear in new roles and Dan Poole from Baltimore returns as the lovable 'Stickle'. Route 30 alumni Nathalie Boltt traveled all the way from her home in New Zealand to appear opposite David Cowgill in the final installment.

The first two films in the trilogy have racked up over 25 ?lm festival awards including multiple 'Best Feature' and 'Best Director' honors. "Route 30", "Route 30, Too!" & "Route 30 Three!" are stand-alone films. You need not see one to understand another.

All films were shot in South Central Pennsylvania and locally in the towns of Fayetteville, Orrtanna, Chambersburg, Gettysburg & Biglerville. All movies were made by a crew of less than 10 people and are being distributed independently by the filmmaker. Written and directed by Putch and lensed by Cinematographer Keith J. Duggan.
