Come Back Alice to Play Van Wezel, 7/25

Come Back Alice -Southern Gypsy Funk -July 25th. Event begins at 5pm, music from 5:30-9:00 pm... Sarasota natives Come Back Alice are arriving on a one stop funk railroad at July's FridayFest! Impressive improvs, notable tunes, and audience friendly melodies make these southern gypsy rockers a perfect fit for the popular bay front concert series.

"Everyone said you couldn't combine quirky classical stylings, funky drums, and fiddles..."says lead guitar and vocalist Tony Tyler, "...but it's that unexpected combination that makes people quickly take notice and groove along with Come Back Alice."

Chugging on the tracks since 2011, the CBA train comes equipped with a full production of lights, sound, and a promise to never play the same show twice! Bring your barefoot dancing shoes because Come Back Alice is sure to rock your socks off.

Bring your blankets or lawn chairs and settle in to enjoy the music, sunset, food and beverages from local vendors, and get in on some great raffle prizes. Emceed by the electric Ray Collins, FridayFest takes place in rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, the Festival will move indoors to the Main Hall of the Van Wezel. Bringing in food and drink from outside the Fest is prohibited.
