The Hartt School Dance Division presents "From Where, With Purpose", the Fall Senior Dance Concert. The show features a wide range of choreographic styles, in which Hartt Dance seniors Jennifer Binversie, Katie Bittner, Abigail Corr, Jillian Foley, Marjorie Gross, and Dana Mazurowski, paint a visually diverse yet conceptually sound landscape through the use of energetic, raw, and dynamic movement. Each senior will also perform commissioned solos created by internationally accredited choreographers, Michele Wiles, Takehiro Ueyama, Bryan Strimpel, Emily Schoen, Christina Robson, and Jackie Nowicki.

"From Where, With Purpose" will take place in the Edward C. and Ann T. Roberts Black Box Theater, located at the Mort and Irma Handel Performing Arts Center, 35 Westbourne Parkway, Hartford CT, 06112. Performances will happen Friday, November 6th at 7:30 PM, and Saturday, November 7th at 2:00 PM and 7:30 PM. Tickets are $20 for adults, $18 for senior citizens, students, alumni, and educators. $5 discounts for groups of ten or more. University of Hartford students, faculty, and staff receive free tickets with a valid University ID. The Hartt School is the performing arts conservatory of the University of Hartford that offers innovative degree programs in music, dance, and theatre.
