Mill Ballet School to Host Open House, 9/8

The Lambertville-based Mill Ballet School, dedicated to educating, inspiring, and creating high-quality dancers and individuals, will host a fall open house on Sunday, September 8, 2013. This fun-filled and educational event will be held from 12:00PM - 4:00PM at The Mill Ballet School's studio at 243 North Union Street in Lambertville.

New students are invited to meet former professional principal dancers and school Co-founders, Mark and Melissa Roxey, and learn how The Mill Ballet School teaches strong technical skills in an environment of warmth and confidence building. All students and their families are encouraged to enjoy healthy refreshments and participate in activities throughout the day including:

Ballet Bun Demonstrations - ballet "bun kits" will be given to those who attend

Ballet Boutique Sales - 10% off all ballet attire purchased on open house day

Ballet Attire "Swap" - bring in leotards and items that you have outgrown (in good condition) and pass them down to the "Mill's" younger students

Ballet to Breaking (1:00 - 2:00PM) - learn the basics of ballet from Melissa Roxey and let Mark Roxey introduce you to the joys of hip hop and breakdancing

"We Run" Open Rehearsal (2:30 - 3:30PM) - enjoy watching students from The Mill Ballet School rehearse this inspirational piece which will be performed at the upcoming 9/11 Heroes Run on September 15th in Doylestown, PA
