"Running Wild with Bear Grylls," featuring Marshawn Lynch (1.2/4 in 18-49, 3.7 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET): Despite facing the premiere of "Monday Night Football," jumps +20% week to week in 18-49 (1,.2 vs. 1.0) and +14% in total viewers (3.714 million vs. 3.252 million).

Is extremely close to rounding up to a 1.3 (currently reporting a 1.249 in these prelim fast-affiliate ratings).

Ranks #1 in the slot among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-34 and all key adult-male demos.

Will add significant viewership via time-shifting and VOD - the previous week's "Running Wild" grew by +20% in 18-49 (1.00 to 1.20) and 585,000 viewers overall (3.3 million to 3.8 million) going from L+SD to L+3.

"American Ninja Warrior" (1.7/6 in 18-49, 5.8 million viewers overall from 8-10 p.m. ET): Facing premieres of "Monday Night Football" and "Dancing With the Stars," grows +13% versus last week's 1.5 rating in these prelim fast-affiliate ratings in 18-49 and +6% versus last week's 1.6 in official nationals.

In total viewers, grows with 5.801 million persons versus last week's 5.755 million in preliminary fast-affliate ratings and virtually matches last week's 5.810 million in official nationals.

Grows steadily throughout the telecast, generating this 18-49 half-hour track - 1.4, 1.6, 1.8, 1.9.

Increases +36% from its first half-hour to its fourth in 18-49 rating (1.4 to 1.9) and by +11% in total viewers (5.4 million to 6.0 million).

Is the #2 show of the night on the Big 4 in adults 18-49, adults 25-54 and adults 18-34 and is #2 or tied for #2 in every other key demographic.

Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting and VOD - so far this summer, "American Ninja Warrior" has grown by +21% going from L+SD to L+7 in 18-49 rating (from a 1.77 to a 2.15) and 1.1 million viewers overall (6.3 million to 7.4 million).

Upscale: "Ninja" is generating a significant upscale audience, indexing at a 115 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes.

In Late-Night Metered Markets Monday Night: In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.0/5; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 1.7/5; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.8/5.

In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.6/3; "Late Show," 0.3/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/3.

From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.2/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (0.9/3 in metered-market households) tied CBS's "Late Late Show" (0.9/3). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.3/2 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.1/1).

At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.5/2 in metered-market households and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
