When do hilarity, torture, and enlightenment go together? 10 DAYS TO HAPPINESS. This is no doubt the first and only play about a silent mediation retreat, the main character is supported by a laugh-out-loud slideshow and 3 silent assistants who meditate, eat, and walk the walking path with her.

Donna Rae Davidson, comic actor & award-winning playwright, attends a 10 day silent meditation retreat the result is 10 DAYS TO HAPPINESS, a zany, introspective comedy about discovering peace in the midst of internal conflict and angst based on Davidson's experience at Vipassana. The play takes the audience on her extremely personal adventure of no talking, no reading, no writing, and no eye contact. Each of the play's ten scenes represents a day at the retreat. Packed with memorable wit, quips, wackiness and wisdom, the audience will participate in unexpected ways and enjoy an experience that goes beyond mere entertainment.
