The Kavinoky Theatre, a professional theatre on the campus of D'Youville College, will continue its 36th season with the production of BOTH YOUR HOUSES - written by Maxwell Anderson and directed by David Lamb. This limited engagement opens tonight, November 13 and runs through December 6, 2015.

This veteran cast includes Christian Brandjes, Kevin Craig, Kurt Erb, Chris Evans, Anne Gayley, Greg Gjurich, Kurt Guba, Robert Insana, Steve Jakiel, Tim Joyce, Gerry Maher, Aleks Malejs, Russ Papia, Peter Palmisano, Norm Sham, and Jessica Wegrzyn.

Picture, if you will, a Congress without compromise. Now, picture those politicians being more interested in lining their own pockets than serving the American people. Sound like a CNN headline?

With a plot that could have been pulled straight from today's news cycle, this razor sharp political satire is as relevant today as when it won the Pulitzer Prize in 1933. Can one idealistic young Congressman change the political Washington machine or will he fall into line? Full of colorful characters and sharp wit, this deadly accurate satire will ring in your thoughts long after you've left the theatre - the perfect companion for the current political season.

Maxwell Anderson is a highly acclaimed playwright, journalist, author, and poet who wrote several American classics, including WINTERSET, BAD SEED, and KNICKERBOCKER HOLIDAY, as well as historical dramas like ELIZABETH THE QUEEN and MARY OF SCOTLAND.

Performances for this four-week limited engagement (November 13-December 6) will take place on Thursdays and Fridays at 7:30 p.m., Saturdays at 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., and Sundays at 2:00 p.m. The gala opening night performance will be held on Friday, November 13 at 7:30 p.m. and includes a catered wine reception with the cast following the performance. Tickets are $42.00, with discounts available to seniors, students, military, and groups. For tickets, call (716) 829-7668 or visit kavinokytheatre.com.
