The Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra and conductor Keith Lockhart return to The Hanover Theatre for Performing Arts Friday, December 8 at 8 p.m. for their sparkling and beloved 2017 Holiday Pops Tour, generously sponsored by The Hanover Insurance Group. Tickets are now on sale to members of The Hanover Theatre and go on sale to the general public Wednesday, July 5 at 10 a.m.

Capturing the magic of the Christmas season and the winter charms of New England, the Boston Pops will perform their signature "Sleigh Ride," as well as other holiday classics and new arrangements of seasonal favorites. They are joined by the Metropolitan Chorale, known as one of metro Boston's premier choral ensembles. Santa Claus himself will make a guest appearance during the concert's finale, followed by a traditional sing-a-long to bring the special performance to a close.

Tickets to the 2017 Holiday Pops Tour start at $59. Discounts for members of The Hanover Theatre and groups of 15 or more are also available. Tickets are available online at TheHanoverTheatre.org, by phone at 877.571.SHOW (7469) or at The Hanover Theatre box office located at 2 Southbridge Street in downtown Worcester.
