I went to the Barnes & Noble event for Bandstand yesterday and got their OBCR CD signed by the cast & creators. I don't actually 'need' the CD since it's not the kind of thing I collect, but I figured this way I get to meet the cast, and I can sell the CD to someone who would have loved to get one signed but couldn't attend the event, so it's a win/win.
I saw that someone has posted a signed CD from the event on eBay for $90, but I kinda want mine to go to a fan and not just a collector since I bought this and got it signed with that intention in mind, that it was for a fan who couldn't make it. I'm happy to sell it at cost + shipping ($25).
Anyone ideas for how to go about this? Or am I just being ridiculous, and whoever buys it from me will just turn around and sell it for triple the price, so I should just list it on eBay...?

Split the difference. Sell it on eBay and have 100% of your profits get donated to BC/EFA, which is very easy to do.

Then you don't have to worry, you got what you wanted, you know it is going to a good home, the money went to a good cause, and everyone's happy...
