We'll be in town this weekend and have our eyes on DEH, The Great Comet, Sunday in the Park and now Come From Away. Would love to hear everyone's thoughts on these shows. All sound great, all have different levels of difficulty to get tickets. Any tips? Thoughts? Personal recommendations?
Dear Evan Hansen is sold out for weekends for the next few months, so don't plan on getting tickets to that, unless you're welling to try the cancellation line and pay full price. Great Comet and Come From Away you'll likely be able to get on TKTS. Sunday in the Park With George hasn't been doing discounts but you can probably get full price tickets still. I haven't seen Come From Away yet and I only saw the Sunday concert, not the full production, but I would say that if you're not going to try for Dear Evan Hansen cancellations, either Sunday or Great Comet is a good choice.
"You travel alone because other people are only there to remind you how much that hook hurts that we all bit down on. Wait for that one day we can bite free and get back out there in space where we belong, sail back over water, over skies, into space, the hook finally out of our mouths and we wander back out there in space spawning to other planets never to return hurrah to earth and we'll look back and can't even see these lives here anymore. Only the taste of blood to remind us we ever existed. The earth is small. We're gone. We're dead. We're safe."

thank you! appreciate the advise. I thought DEH had standing room tickets?
I'm leaning towards Comet. Especially if it's likely to be on TKTS
Dear Evan Hansen does have standing room, which would require several hours' queueing and no guarantee. The other shows on your list are a surer bet, since none of them are currently sold out.

All great shows! I've seen all 4 and enjoyed each and every one of them.
ive seen great comet and come from away at tkts. I suggest getting Sunday tix at the box office. Good luck with DEH. It'll be the hardest ticket to get.
ive heard people last week showing up at DEH standing room line at 3am! Good luck! Your odds are probably better on 2 show days.
If you don't mind spending the money, you can also hire a line sitter for whatever you choose to do so you can enjoy the rest of your day and aren't stuck in a rush or cancellation line for hours. They're pretty reasonably priced IMO!
