Hello!

The friends I am staying with for my trip up to NYC asked if we could all three go see a show together.

Does anybody know any good shows to see on a Sunday evening?

The two I am going with don't go to Broadway often (last time they went was to go see Fully Committed while I went and saw School of Rock, wink wink PThespian). So, they have trusted me with the decision for which show. What's a good show we could see on March 19th or March 26th? Preferably nothing more than $100 a ticket.

Joan of Arc and Gentle Down the Stream have Sunday night shows... whether they are good? No clue yet.

Haha, my only concern is the early start time. I will be seeing The Present on 3/19 and Oslo on 3/26, so I am not sure if I would be able to make it in time for the 6 p.m. curtain.

Joan of Arc is meh. Saw it Saturday. Slim pickings on Sunday. I went and revisited Sleep No  More. If they are not into Broadway, they may get more enjoyment there.

Check out The View Upstairs downtown at The Lynn Redgrave/Culture Project. Their Sunday shows are at 6 pm, though - don't know if that would work.

It looks like Joan of Arc is sold out, unfortunately.

I haven't heard anything about Gently Down the Stream or Sleep No More.

Well, in a sudden turn of events, they bought me tickets to go see Cats with them.

Pray to Merman for me.

But it was already sold out through March, no? They just added two weeks in April...

Dammit. Looking for a Sunday Apr 9 evening show (not much to choose from) and that's the one Sunday with no Joan of Air evening performance. Thought I'd finally found a good option. Wah wah.

I need some recommendation for shows on Sept 20/21 My sister and I decided to extend out trip from the original Fri-Mon, so I have room for two shows on Wed and one for Thurs night. We fly out of Dallas at 7am in order to see a matinee  on Wed. We are seeing Hello Dolly Friday night, Miss Saigon Sat matinee and Hamilton Sat night. I am saving Sunday mat for War Paint just praying it will extend. I'm looking at Charlie and the Chocolate Factory for Sunday night possibly We've already seen School of Rock and Chicago which have Sunday night performances. I would love to see Significant Other if it were to extend. My thoughts were to see Come From Away as one of the shows . Any advise from you guys will be appreciated. I am not adverse to seeing a play or off -Broadway. My sister always lets me choose. lol
