New Zealand voted in favour of marriage equality over 3 years ago. Not sure why you chose to moved from one of the worlds more liberal political nations to one of the most conservative but if this is such a contentious issue for you you should probably move back bro..

Australia one of the most conservative? We have our issues and are of course more conservative than much of the progressive European nations. However, with a high minimum wage, accessible higher education and public healthcare, we are not living in the Middle Ages here.
