My 13 year old and 3 of her friends are going to Phantom of the Opera. Although I will take them there, they will be sitting in the theater by themselves since I did not purchase a ticket for myself. Does the theater have a policy of unaccompanied minors? I didn't think about it when I bought the tickets.

No, they will be fine seeing a Broadway show by themselves! When I was a minor I went to see shows alone frequently.

No. Aside from most, if not all, theaters having a policy of no admittance to children under 4 or 5 years of age, there is no guidelines or requirements about parental attendance/supervision. I know plenty of 12 and 13-year-olds who attend theatre without their parents.

Great!  Thanks for your responses. I know they will love it, this is the second time she is going (first time with her aunt)

They will be absolutely fine! I saw shows by myself all the time when I was that age Unaccompanied 13 year old
