Do the people that work at Broadway theaters see the names of the people who bought the tickets when the scan the tickets? I know that some TM resale tickets say that, but besides that? Only asking because I recall hearing Aladdin celebrate their 1,000,000th audience member, and I'm not sure how they counted. Very interested in this...
I'm a little unclear on what you're asking -- they don't need to see anyone's names to count the number of people who go through to be audience members. They can get that count with no additional information. They know how many people are in the house.
