Hamilton Ticket Swap PLEASE HELP

I bought my parents tickets to Hamilton for Sunday, December 13 at 3 PM. Now my father has to have a medical procedure soon and won't be able to travel for a while   They are DYING to see the show and are heartbroken that they won't be able to make it 

Front Mezz row C seats 5-7

 

What I am trying to do is exchange the seats for their spring visit durring April or June. The seats must be comperable to the ones they have now (Orchestra or Front Mezz and not TOO far off to the side). They would perfer a weekend performance. 

The tickets can be transferred via Ticketmaster and I would like for the new seats to come the same way

 

as of now, i will not be responding to any messages that don't involve an exchange.
