The classic Off-Broadway musical ROMANCE ROMANCE (which originally starred Scott Bakula and Alison Fraser) will be staged at the Landor theatre in October. It's the first London production since it was staged at the Bridewell and transferred to the Gielgud in 1996/7.

I've always had a soft spot for this musical so I'm happy to see it's being given a revival. I wonder if they will do any updating to the script to con temporize it. The second act is now almost as much a period piece as the first!
