According to someone who worked on the Boston show, Jeremy left do to creative differences with Kelsey which led to his replacement by Matthew. I doubt he would be willing to team up with Kelsey again if it's true that he left because of him in the first place.
"Mostly, I loved the size of these people's emotions. Nobody has emotions this size anymore. Outsized emotions. Operatic emotions. Kushemski and Vanda are like Tristan and Isolde, they're Paolo and Francesca. Nobody's in total thrall like this anymore. Nobody's overcome by passion like this, or goes through this kind of rage." I heard that MM was finishing Glee so they needed someone to do it atMRT, and JJ knew that he wasn't going to Broadway with it. After all the negative reviews I don't think JJ would be too quick to run back there, plus he's on a TV show that will most likely be a hit.

As much as this casting change has been discussed and documented on this board and elsewhere, I have to give you credit for pulling a new story completely out of your butt, and having the guts to post it here, despite the fact that it makes no sense whatsoever. There are a lot of reasons why Jordan would not come back to Finding Neverland, but the most important one would be that he will be in California for the next several months filming a TV show.

Odd, since Kelsey Grammer wasn't in the show when it played Boston.
'Jeremy left do to creative differences with Kelsey which led to his replacement by Matthew'
Wow, someone has an overactive imagination. Where to begin? Matthew Morrison did a reading of 'Finding Neverland' first. When Morrison could not do the A.R.T. engagement (because he was still filming 'Glee'), Jordan joined the cast. According to Jordan, he was led to believe that he could open the show in London, but the producers would not commit to him in terms of a Broadway opening. Jordan says he loved the show, so he stuck with it, hoping that the producers might change their mind. But it appears that the producers always had planned to open on Broadway with Morrison. ... (Since Jordan didn't work with Grammer on the show, I can't imagine any 'creative differences.')
