Matilda is still doing really well. I can see it having a long life. It's not another Lion King, Phantom, or Wicked, but I don't foresee it closing anytime soon. I give it 2-5 years. A tour is going out next year.

well no matter how long it stays, it's still a great musical but I myself could see it going for quite a while but that's just me
