Hotel Diva (SF) Sidewalk of Fame (Theatre)

I saw these fabulous cement theatrical memories at the Hotel Diva in San Francisco. It was on the same block where I just stayed at. I'm showing them individually (as I don't know how to present multiple pics). What memories!

"Noel [Coward] and I were in Paris once. Adjoining rooms, of course. One night, I felt mischievous, so I knocked on Noel's door, and he asked, 'Who is it?' I lowered my voice and said 'Hotel detective. Have you got a gentleman in your room?' He answered, 'Just a minute, I'll ask him.'" (Beatrice Lillie)

I've never heard of Franc D' Ambrosio. I found this video on YouTube. What a voice!

Thanks for posting these. I'm surprised you were able to get them so clean and urine-free. Hotel Diva (SF) Sidewalk of Fame (Theatre)

I saw Franc multiple times as the Phantom. Rather histrionic acting but a good voice (if slightly too operatic sometimes).

Lizzie...apparently, they get washed early every morning....(San Francisco, being SF). Anyway, can anyone make out the year for the Carol Channing/Mary Martin section. It appears to be May 7, 1987, but I could be wrong.

Carol Channing/Mary Martin: 1987 is correct as that was the year they were touring in LEGENDS.
