For what its worth... Hale Center Theater (West Valley, Utah) just announced its 2015 season, which includes the regional premiere of Ghost the Musical, and Big Fish:

I am excited to finally see Ghost - and given Hale's pedigree for unique staging, they could really do a lot of cool things with it.
