Gent's Guide character question

What is the name of the character played Jefferson Mays who is the janitor at the prison, and is also part of the D'Ysquith family? I vaguely remember it being said in the show, and he had a different last name. It's not in the Playbill-- perhaps because they didn't want to give that away... but I was just wondering. Thanks!!
