I just saw Kara Lindsay tweeted she was leaving Newsies this Sunday 2/2. Anyone know who her replacement will be? Surprised there wasn't any official announcement...

To all the wonderfully amazing Newsies Fansies...I wanted to let you know that Sunday, February 2nd will be my last show at Newsies. I cannot thank you enough for your generous support and love throughout these two years. The letters, the gifts, the tweets, and smiles have filled my heart with so much joy! It's meant more to me than you will ever know. You are so very special. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Posted: 1/30/14 at 4:15pm^^If she does I hope she's grown more comfortable with the role then the time I saw her, I've seen it 6 times, once with Liana in, and she lacked the sparkle and humor Lindsay has, that being said, Lindsay too, grew more into the role as well. I still think Taylor Louderman should replace her.

Posted: 2/3/14 at 1:36pmWho is doing Liana's track now? I just checked the Newsies website, it's updated with Liana as Katherine, but no one in her place is listed. Caitlyn is still listed as swing. Are thy going to take a chance and not have a cover for the time being? That would surprise me especially given all the open calls recently.

Kara is indeed going on tour with Wicked, but not replacing Beck on the 1st Nat'l.
Molly Jobe is the new Hannah, u/s Katherine.
