anyone have new info as to whether Godspell will be coming back to Broadway next season. Read a few months ago that a new production was planned but nothing since.

We can only hope. I heard the last production was cast and everything, but before the first rehearsal they pulled out.

This will never top the all-black cast that played Harlem in the late Nineties; that show was on fire. It was supposed to go to Broadway with an all-star all-black cast, but I guess they'd rather go for the derivative blah Papermill production.
