I hope you all got to see it. In many ways superior to the Broadway production. And what a long and wonderful time on the road. If you are in Seattle... this is your last chance.

Great touring production. Interesting it's not going non-equity.

I got a chance to see it here in Austin. It was a marvelous experience... except for the humongous orchestra pit at the Univeristy of Texas at Austin Bass Concert Hall....which is hosting "Chicago" next week from Nov. 19-24.

"Noel [Coward] and I were in Paris once. Adjoining rooms, of course. One night, I felt mischievous, so I knocked on Noel's door, and he asked, 'Who is it?' I lowered my voice and said 'Hotel detective. Have you got a gentleman in your room?' He answered, 'Just a minute, I'll ask him.'" (Beatrice Lillie)

Priscilla was/IS the funnest show I've ever seen. Got to see it 4 times in L.A. Wish there would of been a 2nd national tour.. or any other way so I can see it again. Great show. Easily could of replaced Mamma Mia on Broadway. Just saying..

I'm seeing the show tonight in Seattle. I did not realize that Seattle is the last stop of the tour. At first I was going to head in with some trepidation, as I loved the movie version dearly and watched it many times. Then when the Broadway reviews came out... It kinda deflated my want to see the show. But it's good to hear that the touring version is fairly strong. I'll just sit back and enjoy the ride. Break a leg to the cast and crew.

The Priscilla tour has done a fantastic job of streamlining the production and taking a big, beautiful and elaborate physical production around the states with a pretty fantastic cast who all have bigger and better things lined up, on the horizon or in their futures and I respect them for not hacking the show to bits to play smaller venues and split weeks, as the UK Tour has.
While the bus is no longer touring North America after this weekend, the sets and costumes are destined to be used in a new foreign production of the show, so Broadway's Bus is still journeying on...

I thoroughly enjoyed this touring production. The leads were fantastic. My audience gave it one of the longest and most genuine standing ovations I've seen in quite some time.

I loved the Broadway production...so much so I made a cross country trip to be at closing night. But the tour cast really did the show justice, not many complaints at all...

I saw the tour a few times in San Diego and was completely charmed. The three leads were excellent. They worked very well together and I wouldn't single one of them out, because each of their performances complemented the other so perfectly. I thought the scenery was pretty elaborate and impressive for a touring set. I know some of it was scaled back a bit, but it wasn't a problem for me. I also went in with some trepidation because it's a jukebox musical, but the cast won me over. And how can you not marvel at the technical complexity of that bus? I'd love to know how it works. The Priscilla tour was near perfection!! Having seen the show many times on Broadway and in London, I was very excited for the tour because it is MUCH cheaper to travel to many of the places it stopped at than New York and especially London. It also introduced tons of people to the show. The cast were all top notches and each shined in their roles. Wade McCollum deserves special praise as his take on Tick was better than anybody I had ever seen- by far. He took Tick to a whole new level. Scott Willis is just wonderful as Bernadette- His Hot Stuff Reprise is a highlight for me. Bryan West’s vocals were heaven to listen to. I will admit that his energy level and physicality (kicks, splits and jumps) were lower than what they could have been. Seriously, this cast is pretty incredible! Plus the entire cast is ripped and in amazing shape- Body Body Body. I have managed to see the show 40 times in total (The last being in San Diego), and will truly miss seeing this show.

I would love this tour to go Non-Equity, but only if it’s a great production and I feel that it would be hard to present a show of this scale (and not have to cut anything back) with a smaller budget. If it did tour Non-Equity, I would fear they would get a “Wagon” instead of an actual Bus like they use for the London Tour. LOL
