“It was a dark and stormy night”…when Meg Murray, an awkward, teenaged girl is transported — along with her younger brother Charles Wallace and friend Calvin O’Keefe — on a fantastical adventure to rescue her father, a gifted scientist, from the dark forces that hold him prisoner on another planet. This new stage adaptation of L’Engle’s beloved classic, winner of the 1963 Newberry Medal, will delight audiences as they travel with these children, challenging concepts of time, space and triumph of good over evil.
