The 2012 Atlanta Opera Ball: A Night in Seville, a fundraiser supporting and sustaining the exceptional artistic quality of The Atlanta Opera, will be held on Saturday, September 15 at the St. Regis Atlanta in Buckhead.

Chaired by Heather Flint, the Ball will feature "a sumptuous dinner by newly appointed Chef Joe Trevino, a luxury silent and live auction, Flamenco dancing, Spanish guitar, a brief operatic serenade, and dancing the night away to The Platinum Band. Through the exquisite artistry of Tony Brewer & Company, the St. Regis will be transformed into a beautiful Spanish-style courtyard and dining room evoking the ancient charm of Seville, Spain, the magical location of the Atlanta Opera’s season-opening production, Carmen."  The evening will honor Jane S. Willson of Albany, GA, one of the Atlanta Opera’s most generous donors.

Patron tickets start at $1,500, and tables of ten are $3,000, both on sale nowSingle tickets are $300 per person, and will be available beginning August 1, 2012. To purchase tickets, please contact Amanda Wilborn at 404-591-2928,amandaw@atlantaopera.org, or visit atlantaopera.org.
