William Peace University, a private four-year university located in downtown Raleigh, concludes the 2013-14 Manning Chamber Music Concert Series with a concert and reception on Monday, March 10, 2014. The seventh annual series is in conjunction with the North Carolina Symphony and is made possible through a gift from Alumna Sara Jo Allen Manning ('58 '60).

The third and final performance of the season will be held in Kenan Auditorium at 7:30 p.m., and will feature numbers by William Peace University vocalists, as selected and introduced by Rhiannon Giddens Laffan of the Grammy Award-Winning Carolina Chocolate Drops. A reception will follow in Main Parlor at 9 p.m.
"This event is always a delight for the community, our students, faculty, staff, and Alumni," said Debra M. Townsley, Ph.D., president of William Peace University. "The Manning Series has become an annual tradition here at WPU and we're thankful for another successful year."

Tickets for the event are sold out. For more information on other William Peace University arts and events, visit:
