HBO has just released a trailer for its new series LOOKING, starring Jonathan Groff, Frankie Alvarez, and Murray Bartlett. The series premieres on January 19th, 2014. Check it out below!

The series will follow three friends who explore the fun and sometimes overwhelming options available to a new generation of gay men living in the San Francisco's Bay Area. Groff portrays Patrick a video game designer searching for love via OkCupid.

In the trailer we see hints of storylines which will be featured on the unique series, including Patrick's search for a roommate, a man going through a mid-life Crisis at the age of 40, thoughts on open relationships and the search for "someone who understands you."

Groff's TV credits include Starz's BOSS alongside Kelsey Grammer and appearances on THE GOOD WIFE. His film credits include TAKING WOODSTOCK and THE CONSPIRATOR, as well as the upcoming Disney animated feature FROZEN and David Sedaris' C.O.G.

Groff starred in SPRING AWAKENING, for which he earned a 2007 Tony Award nomination. He has also appeared in Broadway's IN MY LIFE and HAIR, as well as off-Broadway's THE SUBMISSION, THE SINGING FOREST, and PRAYER FOR MY ENEMY.
