Alright Broadway fans, it's that time of year again. The 69th Annual Tony Awards are just around the corner and if you are like us, you are probably counting down the days, hours and even minutes to the big ceremony.

Tony Award Viewing Parties in NYC:

54 Below:

The 2nd Annual Tony Award viewing party at Broadway's Super Club, 54 Below is one of the hottest spots to watch the ceremony. The party is sponsored by Broadway Cares Equity Fights AIDS and will surely include some of the best theatre lovers in town. The doors to the event open at 6:15pm and the open-bar and hors d'oeuvres begin at 6:30pm. Of course this wouldn't be 54 Below without some pre-show entertainment at 7:15pm and then the Tony Awards will be broadcasted live at 8pm. The Metropolitan Room:

The Metropolitan Room is offering their first ever Tony Awards viewing party this year and it's sure to be one for the ages. The Met Room will host their first ever Tony Awards gathering on June 7th at 6pm. Doors open at 5:45pm for the red carpet viewing from 7-8pm followed by the 69th Annual Tony Awards broadcast at 8:00pm. The event will also feature live music and Broadway entertainment. Everyone will also have a chance to walk away winners by selecting their best guesses for who will win big at the Tony Awards. Prizes will be given out and a special Tony cocktail. Musical Theatre Factory:

The award show will be broadcasted on a huge projection screen and will features drinks and a Tony Pool, where participants can win some cash as they celebrate the best Broadway musicals and plays this year. Of course if you enjoy the fresh-air and a free party there is always the 7th Annual Tony Awards Simulcast in Times Square. This year Justin Guarini (American Idol and Wicked) and Deborah Cox (Aida and Jekyll & Hyde) will be hosting this free event right in the heart of Broadway. The event will take place rain or shine, with full audio and seating for 2,000 guests starting at 4:00pm on June 7th. Fans can sit in Duffy Square and the Broadway Plaza between 46th and 48th street to watch the Tony Awards red carpet and the entirety of the Tony Awards show, including moments not broadcasted on television like the Creative Arts Awards. The event is free and open to the public and will also features special guests and performances from Broadway performers. Who wouldn't want to be in the heart of Times Square watching Broadway's biggest event of the year?

The Laurie Beechman Theatre:

The annual Tony Awards viewing party at The Laurie Beechman Theatre is one of the hottest parties in town and it's not slowing down for this years Tony Awards ceremony. Seating begins at 6:00pm and will features a broadcast live from the red carpet and then switching over to the Tony Awards at 8:00pm on CBS. The 19th Annual Tony Award Viewing Party sponsored by The Actors Fund is ready to dive head first into this years Tony Award viewing experiences. On June 7th at the Skirball Cultural Center, Guerin Courtyard & Ahmanson Ballroom in Los Angeles, CA some of Broadway's west coast residents will be celebrating this years accomplishments on Broadway. The party will be hosted by Kate Burton (Scandal and Grey's Anatomy) and will start at 3:00pm with a silent auction then at 5:00pm the festivities really begin with dinner and viewing the 69th Annual Tony Awards. The Artistic Achievement Award will also be given out by The Actors Fund to Broadway stars Alfred Molina, Tim Curry and Theodore Bikel. Feinstein's at the Nikko:

Join musical director Joe Wickt and Katya Smirnoff Skyy as they host Feinstein's at the Nikko's Tony Award viewing party. The doors will open at 6:00pm PDT and the festivities are set to begin at 7:00pm PDT with a pre-show game that includes a game of Broadway Bingo, Name That Show Tune and trivia questions from the 2014-2015 Broadway season. The 69th Annual Tony Awards ceremony will be held at Radio City Music Hall once again and are hosted by stage and television veterans Kristin Chenoweth and Alan Cumming. Chenoweth and Cumming are no stranger to the Broadway community. Chenoweth is currently starring in On the Twentieth Century and is nominated for Best Actress in a Musical at the ceremony. She is no stranger to hosting either. She helped Sean Hayes host the 64th Annual Tony Awards in 2010. Cumming just ended his Tony Award winning return as the Emcee in Roundabout Theatre Company's production of Cabaret. Cumming and Chenoweth will no doubt turn up the comedy and the charm and make this ceremony one to remember.

The comedic duo will be joined on stage with some incredible performances from some of this years nominees including Something Rotten!, The King and I, The Visit and On the Twentieth Century. The award show will also features special performances by Vanessa Hudgens and the company of Gigi, Matthew Morrison and the company of Finding Neverland and Tyne Daly and the cast of It Shoulda Been You.
