Vanessa Valerio left the Dominican Republic running away from an old love and searching for a new one. During her journey she learns that life is not as easy as in the movies and that not everything that a fortuneteller tells you is true... but did she find what she was looking for?

VANESSA VALERIO (Writer/Performer) is an architect when the sun is out and a performer when the moon shines. She is a Moth StorySlam winner native from the Dominican Republic living in Brooklyn, NY. She is the host and producer of Singleling, a podcast where she talks to random people, comedians, storytellers and experts about love and dating. She also co-hosts Party of Two, a monthly live comedy show in New York City.
