A new musical version of the classic tale A CHRISTMAS CAROL will make its world premiere at the Davenport Black Box Theatre, playing a limited run from December 4th through December 13th.

The new musical is set in modern times, retelling the story of a hard and bitter man named Ebenezer Scrooge who is visited by Jacob Marley and Three Ghosts transforming him into a loving, gentle soul.

The show features original lyrics by producers Daniel Orama and Tami Orama, music by Orama, and is directed by Bryan Radtke, with choreography by Kristen Smith.

A CHRISTMAS CAROL: A NEW MUSICAL will be held at the Davenport Black Box Theatre on December 4 and 11 at 8pm, December 5 and 12 at 2pm, 5pm, and 8pm, and December 6 and 13 at 2pm and 5pm. Tickets are $25 for adults age 13 and older, and $20 for children 12 and under and seniors.
