Brooklyn comic and published author, Mindy Raf, debuts her new solo-show, NO THANK YOU at The PIT Loft on Thursday, April 28th at 7:30.

Mindy has performed stand-up all over the country with notable appearances at the Women in Comedy Festival (Boston), NY Funny Songs Fest, SketchFest NYC, Bridgetown Comedy Festival (Portland). In New York, she performs regularly at The Peoples Improv Theater, Dixon Place, QED and Upright Citizens Brigade. In addition, Mindy writes for numerous sites and TV shows including MTV's Girl Code, VHI, and College Humor. Mindy's young adult novel The Symptoms of My Insanity was published by Penguin Books. Publishers Weekly called Mindy's writing "refreshing."

Mindy Raf's new comedy, NO THANK YOU, is a little bit stand-up, a little bit solo show, and a whole lot of vagina. Relatable, sharp, and refreshingly sincere, Raf effortlessly weaves together stand up and stories in a new hour show about anxiety, bisexuality, polyamory, social acceptance, and the importance of saying NO THANK YOU. BUST Magazine raves about Mindy, "We walked out holding on to our ribs from laughing so hard."

Tickets are $5 and are available HERE. Performance takes place at The PIT Loft, 154 W 29th St (between 6th & 7th Avenues), New York, NY 10001. Subways: 1/N/R to 28th street, A/C/E/B/D/F/M to 34th street. Show date: Thursday, April 28th at 7:30 pm. Running time: 55 minutes.
