Melissa has always loved questions more than answers, and in her brand new show, she sings of the absurdities and ins and outs of marriage and motherhood. An acoustic evening featuring an eclectic range of songs from Sondheim, Jerry Herman, Lerner & Loewe, Michel Legrand, Laura Nyro, Rodgers & Sondheim, Johnny Mandel and Jeanine Tesori, as well as new signature material written for Melissa by Peter Mills and David Shire with lyrics by Adam Gopnik. Be prepared for an evening of nothing but Melissa simply with piano, voice and guitar putting her heart on her sleeve, asking us how we connect and bringing us all closer with her vivacious warmth and her soaring vocals.
Marti Gould Cummings has toured the country as a comedic drag host. He's performed a one man play to sold out audiences (The Future Mrs. Harry Windsor). And he's shared the stage with some of Broadway's biggest names hosting a celebrity talk show. Now see him as he's never been seen before: in a rock concert. Back from her world tour of Boston, Meagan Michelson returns to Feinstein's/54 Below with her hit cabaret, Mother Mary Says to Me, a story about her clumsy quest toward finding the meaning of love and sexuality, translated through her mother Mary's Bostonian, Irish Catholic sensibility. Like a delicate friggin' lotus floating in a pool of Smirnoff, Mary has offered beauty where it's least expected, and Meagan is here to belt about it. Hailed by audiences as "a future gay icon" and a "drag queen with a uterus," Meagan takes the stage alongside the inimitable Matt Lowy on piano. Musical styles range from the Beatles to Ethel Merman.

RACHEL RESHEFF, APRIL 3 AT 7PM:Rachel Resheff, a Broadway veteran at the ripe old age of 15 (!), with five Broadway shows under her belt (Fish In The Dark, The People In The Picture, Shrek, Billy Elliot, Mary Poppins) and a sold out appearance at Feinstein's/54 Below in 2015, returns to shake things up again with special guests including Nicholas Barasch (She Loves Me) and Daniel Quadrino (Wicked). Mingling the dulcet tones of Pamela Winslow Kashani and the sweet and jazzy sax stylings of Jerry Mandel, this show will explore love in all its forms, from its wide-eyed beginnings through its foibles and struggles to its joyful conclusions, highlighting the great American songbook and beyond. Broadway performer and producer Pamela Winslow Kashani loves to create, and always continues to seek and foster new artistic ideas. She co-leads Apples and Oranges Studios, the film, television, and theater production company with her husband Tim Kashani. As an actor, Pamela has created such varied roles as Ensign McKnight on Star Trek: the Next Generation to the original Rapunzel in Into the Woods on Broadway. Also on Broadway Pamela played Lucille in Meet Me in St. Louis, Babette (the feather duster) in Beauty and the Beast, and Cinderella in Into the Woods.

A native of Russia, his first job in the US was as a Singing Psychic, where he would guess the song an audience member was thinking of and then proceed to perform it from memory from his mental catalogue of over 15 thousand different songs in 26 languages. Since then, Oleg has hosted the celebrity news programs Time Out and This Friday Night and recorded albums in Russian and English, paying tribute to his love of the American Songbook. Come hear selections from his latest album Oleg Frish Duets With My American Idols. The album features Oleg singing duets with stars such as Ben E. King, Melissa Manchester, Lainie Kazan, and more. Bookwriter and composer-lyricist Michael R. Jackson takes us on a concert-style jaunt through his seriocomic concept musical A Strange Loop. The show follows Usher, a black, gay musical theater writer who works as an usher in the back of the house at a long-running Broadway show. This show serves as the literal and metaphorical backdrop for the war he wages against the thoughts in his own head... while struggling to write a self-referential musical called A Strange Loop.Michael R. Jackson holds a BFA in playwriting from the NYU Tisch School of the Arts' Dramatic Writing Program and an MFA in Musical Theatre Writing from the Tisch School's Musical Theatre Writing Program. As a songwriter, he has seen his work performed at Merkin Hall, The Barrington Stage Company, The Laurie Beechman Theater, The Triad, Ars Nova, Joe's Pub, The Metropolitan Room, The Bruno Walter Library at Lincoln Center, and ACT in Seattle. He wrote book and lyrics on the musical Only Children with composer Rachel Peters courtesy of the Tisch School of the Arts Undergraduate Drama Department at NYU. World-renowned symphonic conductor and woodwind virtuoso Martin Piecuch will bring his Jazzical Fusion Band to Feinstein's/54 Below. The performance, which will feature Maestro Piecuch on multiple woodwinds with pianist Regan Ryzuk, bassist Laurence Goldman and Brazilian guitarist Richard Miller mixes classical music, modern jazz, and the ancient folk music of Europe and the Americas to create a unique experience that has been called "a remarkable display of versatility, styles, and hip arrangements" by New York Philharmonic saxophonist Albert Regni.
