Lea DeLaria talks seeing red on the subway!

ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK star and Broadway headliner Lea DeLaria was involved in an intense altercation with a subway preacher earlier this month and she discussed the incident today on THE VIEW.

"He was spewing such hatred and sexism and homophobia," DeLaria relates.

In the video, DeLaria admonished the preacher for ostentatiously lecturing the subway riders against their wishes, loudly proclaiming "Jesus loves you."

"You have no right! Go to another train. Get off this train," DeLaria began.

"Other people believe other things and have every right to believe other things on this planet and in this world. We do not have to be force-fed this man's religious beliefs. Jesus never said for you to do this, ever! Not anywhere in the Bible," DeLaria continued.

Later, DeLaria added, "Don't come at me because I went to f**king Catholic school for 12 years and I know every line."
