The Collegiate Chorale announces the addition of Anita Gillette, Jim Dale, and Joe Mohan to the line-up for the upcoming performance of Song of Norway by Robert Wright and George Forrest on April 30, 2013 at 6:30pm at Carnegie Hall, 881 7th Avenue, NYC. Renowned Broadway and television actress Anita Gillette replaces Marni Nixon, who is indisposed due to illness. She will sing the role of Mother Grieg. Tony Award winning actor Jim Dale, also known for his work recording the seven audio books in the Harry Potter series, joins the cast as Narrator. A current student at The Juilliard School, piano soloist Joe Mohan's already distinguished career includes multiple collaborations with the Pittsburgh Symphony, the Rochester Philharmonic, and The Ocean City Pops under the batons of Marvin Hamlisch, Bill Scheible, and Matthew Kraemer.

Anita Gillette may be best known as Tina Fey's mom on 30 ROCK or as Mona, the mistress in Moonstruck. She is a Broadway veteran with 14 Broadway shows to her credit, including Chapter Two (Tony Nomination), Cabaret, Carnival, Gypsy, Guys & Dolls, Don't Drink The Water, Brighton Beach Memoirs, and Showboat. Off-Broadway and Regional credits include The Big Meal (Lortel Nomination for Outstanding Featured Actress), Love, Loss & What I Wore, The Seagull, Shirley Valentine, My Fair Lady, The Winslow Boy, Irene, South Pacific, Sweet Bird Of Youth, The Great Waltz (recorded for RCA), and Knickerbocker Holiday.

She had major roles in Shall We Dance (with Richard Gere), The Fitzgerald Family Christmas, Larger Than Life (Bill Murray's mother), She's The One (Jennifer Aniston's mother), and Boys On the Side. Films for television include A Christmas Memory and Summer Of Ben Tyler.

She was a series regular on Quincy, Almost Grown, Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice, Normal, Ohio, and Norman Lear's The Baxters and All That Glitters. She has appeared on every major game show, was a foil for Johnny Carson in 50 Tonight shows, and appeared many times on the Bell Telephone Hour. She will be seen in May on Modern Family. She is currently performing her one woman show After All whenever she can!

Jim Dale has won a record ten Audie Awards, as a narrator, the Oscars of the narrating world. He recorded all seven audio books in the Harry Potter series, winning two Grammy Awards and seven Grammy Nominations including, "Narrator of the Year 2001, 2005, 2007 and 2008," and "Audio Book of the Year 2004." In the category of "Best Actor," Jim has won a Tony Award for the Broadway musical Barnum, five Tony Nominations, four Drama Desk Awards, four New York Critics Awards and a BAFTA Nomination, "Best Newcomer." He is an Academy Award Nominee for writing the lyrics for the film title song, Georgy Girl. He holds two Guinness World Records: one for creating 146 different character voices for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, and another for occupying the first six places in the "Top Ten Audio Books of America and Canada." He has recently been inducted into the American Theatre Hall of Fame, and the American Audio Hall of Fame. Joe Mohan has performed throughout North America and Europe. He has collaborated multiple times with the Pittsburgh Symphony, the Rochester Philharmonic, and The Ocean City Pops under the batons of Marvin Hamlisch, Bill Scheible, Matthew Kraemer, among others. Joe has won numerous national and international piano competitions, including the BPO Idol with Marvin Hamlisch. He also has released two CD's: A Touch of Classics and Offerings. Joe made his debuts with the Ocean City Pops and the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra in the 2010-2011 season and returned to collaborate with the Ocean City Pops for its 2012 concert series. Joe is currently pursuing a Bachelors degree at The Juilliard School studying Classical Piano with Seymour Lipkin.
